Terms of Service

The terms below govern your use of this website and any engagement with Devibi. Last updated July 12, 2026.

1. Who we are

Devibi (“Devibi”, “we”, “us”) is a web design, app development, AI automation, SEO and CRO studio. These terms apply to visitors of https://devibi.com and to clients who engage us for services. Questions? Email hello@devibi.com.

2. Use of this website

You may browse this site for information about our services. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, or scrape it in a manner that degrades service for others. All content, branding and code shown on this site remain our property unless stated otherwise.

3. Proposals, quotes and engagements

Estimates and quotes shared before a signed agreement are indicative and may change as scope is clarified. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work, which sets out scope, milestones, price and timeline. Where that document conflicts with these terms, the signed proposal or statement of work controls.

4. Fees and payment

Unless a proposal states otherwise, work is quoted as fixed-price milestones and invoiced per approved milestone. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on materially overdue accounts after giving notice.

5. Ownership of deliverables

On full payment for a milestone, ownership of the final deliverables for that milestone transfers to you, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, which remain owned by their respective holders and by us. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Warranties and liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as required by law, the site and our services are provided “as is” without further warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the work giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s non-public information shared during an engagement and use it only to perform or receive the services.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at this URL, dated above, is the current one. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Contact

For anything relating to these terms, contact us at hello@devibi.com or via our contact page.
